Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule the Massage booking with a minimum 24 hours’ notice. If you are unable to attend the massage session, you are more than welcome to send someone else instead. Otherwise unfortunately a cancellation fee (a charge equal to the full price of a session) will be applied.
Postponements due to COVID-19 or therapist illness are decided by BlueGarden and will be re-accommodated, not refunded.
Please be on time, as the delayed session shall end at the scheduled time, thus allowing other bookings to be honoured.
Gift Vouchers & Discount Massage Pack Cards
Gift vouchers/Discount massage packs are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend the massage session, You are more than welcome to send someone you care for in your place.
Gift Vouchers/Discount massage pack cards must be presented at the time that the service is provided.
Expiry Dates
Gift vouchers and discount massage packs are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended after this period. This is a new Western Australia legislation which is active for all vouchers purchased from November 2019 onwards.
Confidentiality and Privacy
This website may collect personal information about your name, telephone number and email address to make bookings, provide services and collect payments.
Sensitive information such as medical history may be gathered for the purposes of planning safe and effective treatment.
BlueGarden encourages You to update Your health information at each massage session, so that You may receive the most appropriate and safe treatment.
Personal information provided by You to BlueGarden Massage & Wellness is confidential. BlueGarden Massage & Wellness will not disclose this information to third parties without Your formal consent, unless requested by law (where there is a threat to Your safety or the safety of others).
BlueGarden Massage & Wellness securely stores Your personal information, either by encrypted password for electronic data or locked cabinet storage for paper copies as per Privacy Act (1988), to be protected from unauthorised access as per Australian Privacy Principles.
BlueGarden Massage & Wellness will do the best to protect your personal information from misuse, alteration, or loss.
